Cross-country skiing or snowshoeing activities are planned every day from Sunday afternoon to Friday in the morning from 9.15am to 11.45am and in the afternoon from 2pm to 5pm (except Wednesday morning which is free). Depending on the weather, motivation and level of practice, one or more day trips are organised during the stay.

Cross-country skiing: Whether you are a beginner or a skier who has been practising for several years, young or not so young, everyone will find their place in one of the groups of different levels formed on Sunday afternoon (beginning of the session at 2.30 pm).

We take great care at the beginning of the week in organising the groups so that everyone benefits from an excellent progression of learning and a tenfold pleasure in discovering our exceptional environment.

On site, depending on your current form and the level of the participants, it is still possible to modify the choice of your initial programme (discovery, sensation, escape, wide open spaces or skating).

Children's cross-country skiing and youth club: Cross-country skiing lessons for children are organised by age and level during the same time as the parents. The instructors have lunch with the children and supervise them when the parents take part in day trips. From the age of 7, a day trip allows the children to experience unforgettable moments. On Friday, they take part in technical tests of progress and in a race at the end of the course.

Biathlon: from Sunday afternoon to Friday evening: 4 sessions of 2 hours of biathlon, skating sessions and 2 half days of free skiing.

Snowshoeing : Nature hikes or escapism: morning and afternoon or full day, snowshoe hikes are open to all. Depending on the number of participants, groups of different levels are formed to allow everyone to move at their own pace.

Activities : To enhance your stay, a SAUNA area is available every day after skiing. To take advantage of this facility, remember to bring a towel or a bathrobe and a swimming costume (compulsory).

Some evenings: games, films, slide shows, folk music and dance, storytelling evenings are also an opportunity for entertainment that is always particularly appreciated. A dance party will close the week on Friday evening after the Savoyard meal with your monitors.

Please note that the access card to the slopes is not included in the price of the stays, and is to be foreseen in supplement on the spot.
