Tuesday: Alpine hike to the "Col du Roc des Tours 1881 m" (+530 m). After crossing the Plateau de Samance, the trail goes up a valley at the foot of the Aiguille Verte, to arrive on a pass, where we have a picnic. Splendid view on the Lachat, the Aravis chain and the Mont-Blanc. The descent is by the same route. Workshop briefing on the DVA and safety equipment. Practice of conversions and climbing techniques, evaluation and technical advice on the descent.

Wednesday: Alpine hike "La Tête du Torraz 1920 m" (+ 750m). Passage of the Col des Aravis by car to discover the southern faces of the Aravis. The Tête du Torraz is an incredible viewpoint, with a 360° view of the so-called "Mont Blanc country". After a fairly wooded ascent, you reach a ridge that leads to the summit. The descent is on the other side, with several choices depending on the quality of the snow and your wishes.

Thursday: Alpine hike "Belvédère d'En Chenu 1725 m" (+700m). 4 hours of hiking and skiing on the south side of the Lachat de Chatillon, to access a great viewpoint on the Aravis. A bucolic itinerary, from alpine pastures to clearings, close to the typical hundred year old chalets of the region. Improvement of ascent and descent techniques, according to the type of snow, improvement of the use of safety equipment.

Friday: Nordic walking on the Plateau des Glières, the Plateau des Auges or on the Grand Balcon SUD des Aravis, with a panorama of Mont Blanc.

At the end of the afternoon, access to the wellness area (included) with the possibility of a massage (extra charge - booking in advance) to optimise recovery.
