Every day, you will improve your technique and your progress in all types of snow, so that skiing is always synonymous with pleasure. The day trips allow you to acquire autonomy in Nordic walking and to satisfy your desire to escape by making your own tracks on virgin snow.

Are you more into skiing for pleasure, discovery and relaxation? Depending on the time, motivation and level of each person, your instructor alternates between technical training of the basic steps, hiking on the slopes and walks to discover the mountain environment.

And, to vary the pleasures, choose moments of relaxation ... go for a snowshoes walk or opt for our wellness area!

Level : nordic or alpine beginner or false beginner

Enjoy a unique experience and make your mark in the Aravis mountains!

Depending on the conditions and the groups, the programme will target several emblematic routes in the Aravis, each more beautiful than the last. The little extra? Stay in small groups of 3 to 6 people.

Enjoy a great mountain experience, with friends, family or as a couple... This package can be made private.

Spend a week without worries in the Aravis!

Whether you're just starting out in cross-country skiing or perfecting your technique, enjoy a judicious mix of technical sessions and outings on marked trails.

Session: one instructor for two people.

If there are not enough participants, the programme will be adapted to a half-day session to ensure that the course continues.

Recommendation: blind or partially-sighted people are encouraged to come along to all group activities at the Auberge Nordique.

Skating skiers, learn to adapt your movement frequency. Find out when to extend your gliding phase and fine-tune your technique to cover greater distances, all with one aim in mind: to have more fun!

Get ready to take on the region's most beautiful Nordic areas! And don't forget the introduction to biathlon for a split session.

Level: intermediate or experienced skater in good physical condition.

Knowing how to skate means learning how to glide with balance and imbalance!

Set off in search of the right gesture, for unequalled sliding sensations! Each day will alternate between appropriate exercises and more general practice, with a focus on discovering the different Nordic sites in the Aravis region.

To make sure you progress successfully and get away from it all, your instructor can suggest a Nordic ski touring session.
Not forgetting a fun biathlon session!

Level: intermediate skiers in good physical condition.

Are you already a cross-country skier (or a good level alpine skier) with a "dynamic" temperament and would like to switch to skating?

Then do not hesitate! With its downhill profile, the Grand-Bornand valley is the ideal place to start skating!

The programme includes skating sessions to help you to master skating and gliding. Also, from time to time, your instructor will offer you classic cross-country skiing sessions to ensure that you make good progress and to vary the pleasures.
And let's not forget an introductory session to biathlon!

Level: beginner or false beginner, not suitable for non-skiers.

A beautiful week to discover nature, snowy forests and animal tracks.

With your guide, during the hikes, live each day an experience, enrich your knowledge and discover the sumptuous landscapes of the Aravis! At your own pace, be prepared to be amazed!

Level: intermediate to good walkers, seeking contact with nature.
Ascent: 300 to 500 m per day.

Don't just be a spectator! Enjoy a great experience and treat yourself to a week of biathlon training!

During these special moments with your instructor, discover all the subtleties of shooting, so you can enjoy this new sporting adventure even more.

On the programme: 4 sessions of shooting with a 22LR rifle (at 50 metres), alternating with sessions to perfect your cross-country skating technique.

Ski level: beginners and/or experienced skiers.
Shooting level: have already taken a full biathlon 10m shooting course.
Note: from age 15, at the instructor's discretion, depending on the young person's skills. The 50m shooting range is located 1.5km from the Auberge Nordique and is accessible on skis via the piste.
