The practice of Qi Gong is a work on energy, with particular attention to breathing, to free the body from tension and daily stress. A taste of well-being and relaxation.
During these sessions you will refocus on yourself, while enjoying the practice, thanks to exercises combining movements, postures, concentration of the mind and breathing.
In your free time, take advantage of the half-day walks or take a break in the wellness area. Massages are available (extra charge) upon reservation.
